About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager with a strong background in user research and design to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and understanding the needs of our users, designing wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.

- Building our product organization from the ground up as our first PM!
- Conduct user research and interviews to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Design wireframes and prototypes to communicate product ideas and gather feedback
- Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to bring new products to market
- Use data and analytics to inform product decisions and measure success
- Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for product differentiation
- Define and track key metrics to measure the success of products
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of user-cantered design principles and agile development methodologies
- Experience designing wireframes and prototypes using tools such as Figma or Sketch
- Tech literacy, especially web development
Human Skills
- Top 5% in emotional intelligence and communication ability
- Commitment to learning, creative problem solving, and bias towards action in a startup environment
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Expected Experience
- 3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on user research and design
- Bonus: experience with machine learning or data analysis
- Bonus: B2B product experience
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. design, computer science, engineering)
Logistics
- Employment Status: full-time, W2 position
- Location: fully-remote, available to both US- and International-based applicants
- Availability: 40 hours/week during normal North America working hours
- Salary: $110k
