Program Managers work closely with our leadership team to deliver great experiences for companies. They own delivery from start to finish and work directly with our client stakeholders toensure projects and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Purpose of the Role:

Ensure our clients and their teams are getting the value that they wanted from engaging with LeadersAtlas by making sure programs run smoothly operationally, maintaining a high quality bar, and delivering measurable results that are useful for our leaders.

What You’ll Do

You will work with LeadersAtlas leadership to ensure that the leaders we work with and their

teams are thriving as a result of the programs we do, by:

1. Owning the delivery of multiple concurrent LeadersAtlas projects

2. Designing and leading high-level executive briefings and program updates

3. Driving, managing, monitoring, and reporting the timely delivery of program results

4. Manage our stakeholders’ experience to make sure everyone feels supported, heard, and empowered by working with us

5. Developing program processes and operations and make recommendations for improvement

6. Collaborating with team leadership on customer program design and implementation

7. Coordinating a team of session facilitators to deliver to customer goals & expectations

What You’ll Bring

● Excellent oral and written communication skills

● Commitment to learning, creative problem solver, and bias towards action in a startup environment

● Strong project management skills, with high levels of organization and attention to detail

● 5-7 years work of work experience in program management, consulting, or other relevant experience

● Track record of success and measurable impact in your previous roles

● Excellent organizational skills including setting goals, delivering on milestones, and measuring impact

● Ability to be proactive, priority-driven, and patient in a high ambiguity startup environment

● Prior experience working with senior managers, directors, or leaders (preferred)

● Experience leading workshops, discussions, classes, or other conversation-driven events (a plus)

A Few Notes

● Our current mode of working is 100% remote, with 1-3 yearly in-person retreats in the U.S.

● We are seeking candidates whose working hours fall in the window between GMT+5.30 to GMT+11

● This is a full-time role expected to work approximately 40 hours per week

● Our expectation is that you will be able to lead programs independently within 45 days
